Dear Kelly Geddes, I hope you’re doing well.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you once again for your invaluable help in securing a house for us. We are truly grateful for your support in making this possible for our family as we prepare to start our new life in Australia.

I also just want to say a very big thank you to you (Billie) and Kelly for all your help during this process. You have both been so incredibly kind and considerate and we are eternally grateful for how easy you’ve made what would typically be a stressful situation, and we are so appreciative. 

Can I just say you have been a breath of fresh air to deal with today! We have been searching for a property for the last couple of weeks (and have just been given our notice to vacate as our current rental has just sold). We have been contacting many agencies and your customer service has been outstanding. Matt was an absolute delight as well so thank you for your dedication to customer service.

Kelly Geddes - What a champion, always smiling and obliging to help. We first met Kelly when we brought an investment house through PRD she was cheery and genuine, which can be a unusual in the real estate industry, but we’ve found Kelly and PRD to be awesome. She was more than happy to FaceTime us through some potential properties at a convenient time. I can’t recommend Kelly or PRD any higher, they have our utmost support for professionalism, communication, honesty and they are always willing to help. All the best Kelly and PRD.

Kelly was the ray of sunshine we needed as the first point of contact and friendly face of PRD Albury. When our journey first begun she was very helpful and reassuring, giving us the support we needed to help choose the right applicant to take on our lease.

Just wanted to thank Kelly for always being a pleasure to work with.  From viewing properties we have to rent out, taking photos and answering our calls, Kelly is always professional and very approachable with her happy/welcoming nature. This has helped our relationship with PRD be successful over many years.
