I highly recommend PRD. Samara McMahon is a fantastic property manager. She is just a delight to deal with, always friendly but also so knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have a question or issue. We know with her looking after our property we have nothing to worry about! We have also just bought a second investment property through PRD and Matt Sharp made the process so easy. He was easy going, not pushy but available through the whole process to answer any questions we had. If you’re looking to buy or for someone to look after your investment property, you cannot beat Samara McMahon and the team at PRD.

We've rented from 4 different real estate companies in Sydney and now living near Wodonga we found our current rental through Samara and the team at PRD. The quality of the service from Samara and her team has been unbelievable and so much better than any of our previous experiences with rental agencies!

Samara has been a fantastic property manager. Nothing is too much trouble. All of my questions are answered really quickly and honestly. Tenants were found without advertising. I have and do recommend anyone who is looking for a property manager to give Samara a call.

From my first experience of meeting Kate viewing a potential office space, to then bringing my home over as a rental with Samara, the service I have received at PRD Albury has been outstanding. Getting to know the team, it has been lovely to see the healthy, happy and helpful culture within their team - all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with. I know I am always looked after, regardless of what the situation might be; selling a home, valuations, finding GOOD new tenants (not just any tenants), and dealing with difficult tenants. Even if it hasn’t been something they have had listed, they have still helped point me in the direction of what suited my needs at the time.
