Dannica's journey with our office began in 2019, starting as a Sales Administrator. Over the years, she has developed a deep passion for her role, particularly excelling in the marketing of new property listings. Dannica's enthusiasm for film has allowed her to bring a unique and creative perspective to our marketing efforts.

Currently, Dannica serves as both our Sales Administration Lead and Leasing Agent, providing crucial support across multiple departments. She plays a pivotal role in listing and marketing properties, meticulously managing critical deadlines, preparing and processing contracts, handling communications, coordinating with conveyancers, and maintaining our social media presence. Since taking on the role of Leasing Agent in 2020, Dannica has become a key asset to our Rental Department, expertly conducting property viewings for prospective tenants and managing the application process. Her dedication and outstanding performance were recognized in 2021 when she was awarded the 'Outstanding Support Person of the Year'.

Our team describes Dannica as the backbone of our operations, seamlessly supporting both the Sales and Property Management teams. She is known for her strong work ethic, professionalism, and eagerness to learn. Dannica consistently goes above and beyond to assist clients and colleagues alike, earning her a reputation for reliability and excellent communication skills. Her bubbly and friendly demeanor makes her an invaluable member of our team.
