Orla brings over 30 years of experience to the real estate industry. A proud Australian with Danish roots, he began his career in 1993 after purchasing his first property. His passion for successful transactions led him to rise through the ranks at Nickita Realty, and in 1999, he acquired the agency, rebranding it as PRD Ashmore in 2002.

Orla has sold thousands of homes in Ashmore and Molendinar, earning a reputation for excellence and a loyal client base. His expertise spans residential, commercial, industrial, and development projects. As one of the longest-serving agents in the area, Orla is also a proud member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).

Beyond real estate, Orla is devoted to his family and enjoys boating, fishing, and exploring Australia. Together with his business partner Andrew, he has fostered a family-oriented culture at PRD Ashmore, where teamwork and a positive environment are key.
