I just wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciate you taking care of my house sale. Tenille was recommended to me by a neighbour, who had sold thru her, I could not have been happier. From the first meeting to the final contact. I found her to be honest, enthusiastic and helpful and I got a sale above my expectations. I am living interstate so Tenille handled everything, I was also selling after the death of my partner and she was just the person I needed to be dealing with. I could not recommend her highly enough in an industry that does gets its fair share of unsavoury publicity, I was blessed to find her. The whole process was just so smooth and easy. During the course of selecting a real estate agent to market and sell our home we interviewed a number of salespeople. First, we went with a young up and comer, when that failed we decided to go with a big name in the area and found out not long after how badly we chose. After being with 2 agents from different agencies we decided to take our property off the market and try to sell ourselves, as we had no room for a third error.

Several weeks later we received a call from Tenille who we previously interviewed but never chose, stating she had a buyer for our home. Being hesitant as we heard it all before, we told Tenille we didn't want to be messed around and would only sign a form 6 if she had a legit buyer with the right $$$. A week after that conversation Tenille had our home under contract for our asking price, but what separates Tenille from other agents is her knowledge, expertise and negotiating skills. She had not only sold our property, but she managed 3 settlements, so everything ran smoothly and kept everyone calm and happy in what's usually a very stressful time.

We cannot thank Tenille enough, she did the work of our conveyancer as they were hopeless and couldn't handle the situation. She helped us with the stress our buying agent was causing, and to top it all off her lovely husband and co-principle Darren helped us unload our last truck load as it was quite late and we were run off our feet. Most agents you don't hear from after contracts are signed but Tenille was with us every step of the way literally right to the end, we dare you to find another agent that does all that.

Tenille looked after my rental property for the last year in her last employment and did a magnificent job. Yes, she got tough when the tenants fell behind on their rent, but that is what any landlord wants. Her employer at the time told me on many occasions she was the best in the business, and that I believed and still do. When she moved on and opened her own business with her husband I followed.
