Complaints Procedure
At PRD Real Bendigo we have a key focus on our client satisfaction and want every engagement with PRD Bendigo have a satisfactory outcome. If you have concerns about how a transaction was handled or feel that any part of our service has not met your expectations, we value your feedback.
When you reach out, PRD will acknowledge your complaint and work to address it as quickly as possible. Please provide details about the nature of your complaint or dispute, as well as the outcome you hope to achieve. If you’re not fully satisfied with our initial resolution, we invite you to share your concerns in writing with our Managing Director, Tom Isaacs, to help us resolve the matter. Tom Isaacs will oversee the complaints process, working closely with you and any relevant staff members to ensure a thorough review and prompt resolution of your concerns.
In the rare instance that an issue cannot be resolved, you may refer your complaint to the Estate Agents Resolution Service at the Department of Consumer Affairs (1300 737 030) or the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (03 9628 9700).
