I originally choose Michael on the basis that he was more likely to get the right outcome for me even if it took a bit more time. He recognised that the place was exceptional for the area. When I first took the house to market in 2018 it was clear that patience would be required to get a good price. The place didn't sell then but I was happy with his efforts so I used his agency to let it. That was also a good decision. Earlier this year Michael contacted me at the same time as I was thinking that now was a good time to try again. That was just before the return of lockdowns. The original intent was to go to open auction with open inspections. That didn't happen. Thanks COVID :( Instead, with Michael's guidance and expertise, we sold at the great price without an auction.
