Carolyn Hourigan

Carolyn has been Office Manager at PRD Coolangatta/Tweed since 2009, overseeing all aspects of the Business, including Sales, Property Management, Commercial Sales and Leasing, Legislation, IT and Accounting, covering both QLD and NSW. Carolyn’s wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate Industry comes from extensive experience. Carolyn joined the Real Estate Industry on NSW Mid North Coast back in 1986, then continued with Real Estate on the Gold Coast from 2001. In 2005 Carolyn joined PRD as Senior Property Manager and worked hard to increase the quality of rental properties – new and existing, while consistently finding high quality tenants for her Landlords. Carolyn has a real passion for Real Estate and her dedication, attention to detail and results are proof of this. Carolyn knows all about property, has personally bought and sold many properties and always keeps a keen eye on the Real Estate Market. Carolyn is a highly valued and respected member of the PRD Team.
