PRD Expands Footprint with Glenmore Park Office Opening
PRD is thrilled to reveal its latest expansion in NSW, Glenmore Park. The new office will be operated by Darren Latty and his accomplished team, who also run the successful PRD Penrith and PRD Blue Mountains offices.
Real estate has long been in the Latty family with Darren Latty initially taking over PRD Penrith from his father, Michael Latty. With the success of the PRD Penrith office, Darren then expanded; opening PRD Blue Mountains in February 2023. PRD Blue Mountains is the home of Darren’s wife Angelina Latty and her cousin Angela Murphy who are successful agents in their own right. PRD Glenmore Park is the third office opened by the Latty family as part of their growing family empire.
Darren’s Penrith office was aptly presented the highly regarded ‘Office Growth’ award, as well as ranking in the prestigious Top 10 Sales Offices at the PRD Annual Awards for 2023 held in March this year. Individually, Darren was also inducted into the celebrated PRD Douglas Hall of Fame in 2019.
When asked about the expansion, Darren said there were two factors in the decision. “This area (Glenmore Park) is expanding rapidly, and a lot of the landowners in the area have asked for guidance when it comes to the rezoning and development of their farms. We want to provide clear, well researched information so they can make informed decisions.”
Darren also commented that another main factor was their connection to other developments in the area. “We became emotionally connected to the Glenmore Village development having worked with the developer from its inception to construction. Our goal is to provide in-depth knowledge of the local market, while having an intimate understanding of this very special location.”
Darren went on to say that the expansion to Glenmore Park is a focus on progression for the team, “We are always looking for ways to be innovative and proactive. Too often real estate doesn't learn to pivot to changing economies or simple client needs. We are challenging our team to find ways to do things better. We constantly look to learn, improve, and grow.”
