PRD Home to Some of the Best and Brightest in the Industry
PRD continues to help its offices find and recruit some of the most promising real estate talent.
The national real estate brand has seen agents start with PRD at ground level who have gone on to rank as some of the highest in REB’s Top Agent Rankings, such as PRD Port Stephens Principal, Dane Queenan.
This year Dane ranked #31 in REB’s Top 50 Agents NSW ranking, #33 in REB's Top 100 Agents in Real Estate 2022, and earlier this year opened a state-of-the-art office in Salamander Bay, Port Stephens.
Long-term PRD Principal Bruce Gair handed the reigns of the business to Dane Queenan who started working in the Port Stephens office 17 years ago with Bruce.
Last week PRD held their annual Rising Stars program that equips some of their most promising agents with the tools and know-how to take their skills in sales to the next level.
Attendees included up-and-comer Darren Inglis from PRD Coffs Harbour, who started his real estate career just over a year ago in PRD’s Rookie training program, and earlier this year made a record sale in Korora Basin for $1.9M.
Another attendee, Kevin Spaulding from PRD Hobart, said the event had “really great speakers and an unbelievable amount of new ideas”.
PRD QLD Business Consultant, Robert Ferguson said it was great to see how enthusiastic the attendees were.
“There’s nothing like walking into a room of bright-faced industry newcomers and sharing our knowledge and experiences with them so they can grow and thrive.”
Many offices in the network have recently held their own careers nights, with two offices, PRD Dapto and PRD Lismore recently holding successful events.
PRD Dapto hired two candidates who attended their office’s careers information evening in March.
PRD NSW Business Consultant, David Colman presented to the attendees at PRD Lismore’s event, along with renowned real estate agent, trainer and writer, Denise Stanley.
A first for the Lismore team, the careers night was a big success and followed the official opening of the team’s new office in Casino.
In a statement made online, the team said they were glad to have “shared information on working in our industry, the pathways available, and our passion for what we do”.
