PRD Wraps Up The End Of The Year With 2 New Offices
The beginning of December saw the opening of two new offices for national real estate brand, PRD Real Estate. Expanding their reach in the central west of New South Wales, Friday 1st December marked the opening of PRD Orange. Continuing the brands footprint to the north has also brought new office PRD Northern Beaches which opened in Rural View on Monday 4th December 2023.
PRD Orange (formerly LJ Hooker Orange) is headed up by Principal Scott Munro. As a highly successful licensed real estate agent specialising in residential and commercial properties, Scott has a keen passion for farming and brings his experience, knowledge and understanding of farming life to his sales arena.
Both Scott and his wife Victoria Munro, who also works in the business as a sales agent and property manager, live and breathe the central west area and are dedicated to helping their clients to achieve their property goals and exceeding expectations.
When asked about why they chose to join PRD Real Estate, Scott stated, “PRD is an energetic company with a vibrant ethos and that’s what we want. The service we will provide will continue to be exceptional, and with PRD we will have more reach and be part of a vibrant, innovative company with a great understanding of rural communities.”
The PRD Northern Beaches team also has a connection to Orange as Co-Principal and selling agent Hayden Potts was born in the area and made the move to the Northern Beaches area 16 years ago, falling in love with the beaches and rainforest. Hayden began his working career as a painter and decorator but made the change to Real Estate after realising his passion through the purchase of his own properties.
Hayden is joined by PRD Northern Beaches Co-Principal and sales agent Melinda Bowman, who grew up on her family sugar cane farm nearby. Not only is Melinda a licenced real estate agent but she is also an accredited Mortgage Broker with over 16 years’ experience in brokering. Melinda holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering, a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokering and an Australian Credit Licence while also being a Commissioner of Declarations.
When asked about the determining factors for choosing PRD, Hayden stated, “The support I have had from the PRD head office has helped us with this new direction and so it was an easy choice for Melinda and me.”
