With 35 years in the Dapto Market we have grown and developed alongside our town, starting out as Armstrong Estates to become PRD Real Estate - Dapto 8 years ago. While PRD branding may still be young in the Illawarra, PRD Real Estate - Dapto is an acknowledged industry leader, and have been in business selling and leasing properties since 1978 and have a network that spans over 115 offices nationally and internationally. Our team comprises of 3 Sales Executives, a Sales Manager, Sales & Marketing Coordinator and a Property Management team. The team is also supported by the knowledge and experience of the company’s director. We pride ourself on having local & experienced team across both our Sales & Property Management Divisions with majority of our team having a minimum 10 years real estate experience.
With the original Armstrong office too small for our expanding office we relocated our team in 2012 to our new office near Aldi which is now large enough to meet our team and client’s needs. With a meeting room and a board room large enough to hold in house auctions. PRD Real Estate - Dapto have been part of some major developments such as Brooks Terrace in Kanahooka and Haywards Bay Estate. Both projects were a huge success and had a positive effect on the growth of Dapto.
