Confident, motivated, and a clear communicator, Lettia is first and foremost a people person, prioritizing relationships at work and in life. With close ties to real estate from a young age, beyond being passionate about a career in property, she has a solid understanding of the industry.

Since her early school years, Lettia has attended open homes and real estate offices with family members who work in the property industry. Her work ethic is apparent in her desire to earn her own way in the world since the age of 13. Lettia has always worked in customer-facing roles, which has helped her grow her confidence and communication skills. Her approach to real estate is based on care, consistency, and commitment – a winning trio.

Starting out in administrative and assistant roles in 2021, Lettia quickly found her footing. She joined PRD Dapto in 2023 as a Sales Associate and, being a local-born and bred Berkeley resident, she will support the PRD Dapto sales team, working closely with buyers and sellers alike.

Thriving on the fast-paced nature of real estate and the opportunity to meet new people each day, Lettia enjoys most helping clients find their dream homes. On weekends, you'll find her working, at the gym (her happy place), or surrounded by family and friends – her everything.
