Marnie Hill

Marnie demonstrates an exceptional level of industry knowledge and experience, having begun her Real Estate career in 2006. Her transactions include a broad portfolio including family homes, period residences, units, subdivisions, strata complexes, commercial buildings and more. Her client profile is equally as varied.

Marnie is 100% client focussed and believes face-to-face customer service, where possible, remains key in Real Estate dealings. She will take all the time you need to outline preparation, the listing process, strategy and marketing through to negotiating the highest achievable price and best possible outcome for your circumstance.

Marnie is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT Southern Branch), Australian Vice President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), local member of the Lenah Valley Community Association and a serving Reservist in the Australian Army. 

Outside the work arena, Marnie is Mum to two adult children, passionate about health and fitness; loves swimming, running, cycling, netball and food - when there’s time.
