Rental Application
Please find below PRD Penrith’s Residential Tenancy Application Form. Please ensure you complete the tenancy application thoroughly to process it as quickly as possible.
- Your application must be accompanied by 100 points of Identification - Driver’s License, Passport, Proof of Income, Bank Statements, Utility Accounts. If you are currently renting, your ledger must be attached. You must provide photocopies as originals will not be accepted.
- Each person living at the property over the age of 18 must fill in a separate Application Form.
- Please allow approximately 2-3 working days for your application to be fully processed.
- Applicants are required to pay a reservation fee equal to one (1) week’s rent within 24 hours of approval.
- Additional monies are payable at the time of signing the lease.
- A pet application needs to be filled out for any pets you want to add to the lease (See the form below)
