Originally drawn to real estate with the dream of helping people find their perfect home through sales, although Nakita discovered her true passion in property management. She finds immense fulfillment in supporting tenants and landlords, fostering strong connections, and ensuring seamless rental experiences for all parties involved.
In her role, Nakita excels in managing a diverse range of tasks, including, lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, rent arrears management, and outgoing reports for one of our small portfolios.
Outside of work, Nakita enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding with walks along the beach. Her personable nature and commitment to helping others make her a valued team member and a trusted partner for landlords and tenants alike.
