About Scarlett
With a vibrant personality and a passion for connecting with people, Scarlett brings a dynamic approach to the world of real estate. Beginning her career as a trainee, Scarlett quickly developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Starting in reception, she seamlessly transitioned into property management, where she honed her skills in completing ingoing and outgoing reports, conducting rental inspections, and assisting prospective tenants. Scarlett’s keen interest in sales soon saw her supporting open home inspections, managing online property listings, and handling client feedback.
Before real estate, Scarlett built a strong foundation in customer service through various roles at Wests Nelson Bay, including food and beverage attendant, gaming attendant, and function coordinator. These roles highlighted her leadership abilities and adaptability, culminating in a supervisory position before pursuing their real estate aspirations.
Real estate felt like a natural fit for Scarlett, inspired by watching her Dad’s career in sales and motivated by the opportunity to combine face-to-face interaction with a challenging and rewarding career.
Outside of work, Scarlett is an avid traveller, having recently explored Greece, Italy, Dubai, and Hamilton Island, with plans to visit Japan next year—a destination that holds special meaning after hosting a student exchange in Kyoto at 16. A regular participant and volunteer at the Fingal Bay Park Run, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. When not running or at the beach, Scarlett loves spending time with her partner Morgan, assisting with home renovations, or relaxing with friends and family.
