About the Role:
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional assistance. You’ll also support our sales and property management teams with administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
✅ Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
✅ Manage emails and general office correspondence
✅ Assist with administrative tasks for the sales and property management teams
✅ Maintain office presentation and organization
✅ Coordinate appointment bookings and inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Energetic and well-presented with a positive attitude
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ High attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔️ Excellent customer service skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred but not essential
