What will you do?

• Deliver exceptional leasing experiences for landlords and tenants.
• Carry out open homes and private inspections on properties for lease
• Process applications, assist with tenant selection and approvals, working closely with the property management team.
• Conduct ingoing inspections and assist with marketing properties to ensure swift leasing.
• Social Media promotion of the leasing success along the way

What will make you stand out?

• A genuine passion for property management and real estate.
• A team player who values great office culture and supports colleagues.
• A Cert. of Registration or Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining).
• A current driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Experience with Property Me, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Manager is ideal but not essential.
