Local leader has secured a position in REB’s Top 50 Dealmakers 2024 ranking
Dane Queenan has secured the 19th spot in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Dealmakers 2024 ranking.
For the eighth consecutive year, the Top 50 Dealmakers 2024 ranking celebrates Australia’s highest-performing real estate agents, spotlighting those thriving in their local areas, settling a high volume of deals, and excelling in their service to customers.
This year, agents achieved a high volume of deals settled and an increase in year-on-year growth and consistency, despite operating in a challenging market.
The ranking is determined based on residential sales for the 2023 financial year between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023 and the 2024 financial year between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024. It is measured by three key metrics: number of deals settled, year-on-year growth and consistency of performance.
The REB Dealmakers ranking sets a new benchmark for consistency for dealmakers to emulate going forward.
