Terms and Conditions
By entering the PRD Southport Sell With Us competition, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The promoter of this competition is Platinum Hill Pty Ltd t/a PRD Nationwide Southport as listed in ABN Lookup ABN 15 126 152 467, 100/133 Scarborough Street, Southport (‘Promoter’).
- Entry is only open to residents located in Australia who are aged 18 years or over. Unless otherwise approved by the promoter.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The number of entries is based on the sale scale provided by the Promoter.
- Entries open on the 1st of July 2024 and close at 11:59pm AEST on the 30th December, 2024 (‘Promotion Period’).
- To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Be the owner of a property or refer an owner of a property, that is appraised with a licensed real estate agent from PRD Southport.
- Successfully sell the appraised property with PRD Southport.
- Property must have an unconditional Contract within the Promotion Period.
- Provide their full name, contact number and valid email address.
‘Appraisal’ is the valuation or an approximation of value by impartial, properly qualified persons, for the purpose of sale.
‘Property Owner’ is the person(s) that own the house or land that is appraised by a PRD licensed agent.
8. The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter on Instagram, from all valid entries received.
9. The winner will be drawn at 1:00pm AEST on 30th September, 2024 (First draw) and at 1:00pm AEST on 7th January, 2025 (Second Draw)
10. The Promoter will notify the winner via the contact number and email address the Entrant has provided to notify them.
11. If for any reason a prize is not claimed by two weeks after each draw, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner, the Promoter may re-draw a winner from the remaining valid entries.
12. Each winner will win the following prize: 1 x two nights accommodation for two at The Calile Hotel in Brisbane (Breakfast Included), 1 x return transfer from winner’s address on the Gold Coast to hotel, and 1 x dinner for two at either SK Steak & Oyster or Sushi Room for each night's stay (includes alcohol at the dinner table to value of $400) with a total value of RRP $3,000.
13. The prize is not valid during Christmas and New Year holidays, public holidays and school holidays.
14. The winner will pay for expenses accrued at the hotel that are not included in the stipulated prize.
15. Where the prize in unavailable for any reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value.
16. Any and all costs associated with accessing the promotional website and/or email address or with redeeming the prize is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a user or entrant; (f) the acceptance or use of a prize; (g) any act or omission of the Promoter or its associated agencies or (h) any other reason arising in any way out of or in connection with the competition.
18. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.prd.com.au/privacy-terms-conditions/
19. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use information provided by entrants for promotional, marketing, research, profiling and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition and opting in at the point of entry into the competition, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information in this way.
The Calile Hotel, SK Steak & Oyster, Sushi Room, and Hughes Transfers are not associated with PRD. Southport or this competition.
