Detailed property inspections
PRD Southport will conduct 2 - 3 routine inspections on your property each year. We then provide a detailed report with photos (where able) and the condition of your property and any maintenance issues found.
Single point of contact
Throughout the management of your property you will have one Property Manager that is your single point of contact - end to end and will manage and maintain contact with you, where your Property Manager will be up to date on all information regarding your property and needs.

Our Team is lead by our experienced Principal and two Senior Property Managers, Grace Sheffield and Craig Bourke who both oversee implementation of all system and processes that help maintain our high levels of service. Rent reviews
From the moment your property is leased, on every lease renewal your Property Manager conducts research ensuring you are being advised of market conditions to receive maximum rental returns on your property.
Zero rent arrears tolerance
It is a condition of PRD Southport and noted in all new tenants Rental Agreement that they must remain 1 week in advance on their rent at all times. Tenants are also offered a range of payment methods and instruction to ensure rent remains up to date to lessen the possibility of any rent arrears. Along with our rent arrears process to keep arrears to the lowest % possible and our landlords are kept up to date every step of the way.
Professional service
Our staff are all highly-trained property professionals with many years of collective experience. We continue to offer externat training with industry leader Stacy Holt plus in office and corporate training to help maintain that extra service to our clients and continue the professionalism you deserve in your agent.
