The Interactive Rental List allows you to view our available properties and book your inspection online. Our Property Management team will be delighted to assist you in finding the best property to suit your lifestyle and will contact you so that you can apply online via 1-Form for your selected property. Once you’ve been approved as a tenant with PRD Tamworth, as part of your lease sign up process we will ask you to watch our Tenant Induction Video.
Repairs and Maintenance
If you need to report any repairs and maintenance, please email your Property Manager with your request, as all repairs must be requested in writing.
If your repair is Urgent and it is outside of business hours, please contact the emergency trades listed in your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
