Emma has looked after our storage units in Carlo Drive, and we have found her to be very professional and courteous whenever we deal with her.

Her knowledge of commercial real estate is exceptional, and she has been extremely helpful to me with the management of our business.

Working with Emma as we have refurbished and leased several commercial tenancies has been a pleasure. During the last year there have been a number of challenges which Emma has taken in her stride whilst working hard to help us achieve our goals. Emma has been looking after our property for approximately one year. We have a complex with seven tenants all requiring different needs within their business premises. Emma has organised revised systems to ensure the property operations run as smoothly as possible. All queries and information required are actioned professionally in a timely manner, giving myself and tenants peace of mind. Emma also has the foresight to be proactive with the tenants and our future needs and is now looking after the current and renewable lease agreements. It has been a pleasure dealing with Emma over time and we would not have anyone else looking after our property.
