WHITSUNDAY E-NEWS REAL ESTATE: 5th week of October
I'm here on what is a lovely day here in the Whitsundays.
The weather is turning it on just in time for the Airlie beach music festival to kick off this weekend.
We've got some huge acts coming to town, and it should be a great weekend for everyone involved.
Running into the end of the year, we traditionally see the market slow down a lot.
We are not seeing signs of that this year though. With people released from lockdowns down south, they're all looking to come here in droves.
We have stacks of buyer inquiries and properties flying out the door, but no listings coming in at quite the same pace.
At the moment, prices are going for more than we probably thought they would, and that's a vital sign that the market is still gaining some momentum.
If you’re thinking about selling, get in touch with our team because we have plenty of people ready to help.
We probably can't tell you what your property is worth in the current market because who knows? It's changing every day.
Get in touch. We can give you an idea of what some comparable properties have sold for recently and provide you with a bit of an idea of where your property sits.
