WHITSUNDAY E-NEWS REAL ESTATE: 1st week of September

Hi, I'm Annette Neil from PRD Whitsunday, with this week's update.

I'm down here at the Port Airlie on another beautiful Whitsunday day. Although a bit overcast, the weather is indeed warming up.

We're starting to feel like summer is on its way, which means beautiful warm tropical weather for visitors to come and holiday here.

I've got a couple of exciting things to talk about this week.

The first one is I am thrilled to announce the new sales agent that has joined our team

Now Dobbins is a local name here in the Whitsundays, particularly in the farming community. Shaun  has joined us with years and years of experience in real estate sales in the Mackay and Whitsunday region.

Shaun’s speciality is in the farming sector, and he's a man of the land; however, he's also available and very knowledgeable on all sorts of other areas of the market

Secondly, we have a really exciting event coming up on the 9th of October.
We are having a mega on-site auction day here in Airlie beach with three, not one, not two, but three amazing sea view properties all in Airlie Beach and available now.

I searched this week on realestate.com for houses in Airlie beach below 1.75 million, and I can tell you there was one, and that one that was available with our office is under contract. So there is nothing in that market available and huge demand who wouldn't want to come and live here.

Those three properties have more details on those coming in the coming week now, and they are all significantly different. There's something in there for everybody from a renovator through to an amazing fully renovated property. We've got one that's also the ideal holiday, so it should be a fantastic day here on the 9th.
