WHITSUNDAY E-NEWS REAL ESTATE: 2nd week of April

Hi. I am Annette Harm from PRD Whitsunday with this week's e-update.

I'm up here at Mt. Whitsunday, and as you can see over my shoulder a pretty fantastic view out over the Coral Sea.

It's not very often that I come to a property, and I am blown away by the view.

I have one of those pinch-me moments where I remember precisely where we live and why we live here.

You can see that it's a beautiful day here in the Whitsundays, a bit different from the freezing, snowy weather that we are seeing down south.

I thought to myself, you can get this one-acre block of 4 000 square meters with the most stunning northern aspect views in the Whitsundays, or what could you get down south?

We did a little sleuthing, and we found out in the southwestern suburbs of Sydney, so somewhere called spring farm is more than an hour's commute on a good day. You can buy a 700 square meter block for about the same price as this block here in the Whitsundays.

We have many properties that meet the brief of a lifestyle sea change kind of property.

We have houses, units, blocks of land with these amazing Whitsunday sea views.

Airlie Beach has been packed over the weekend, and over the school holidays. We've seen many guests here enjoying everything the Whitsundays has to offer. Some of them on those boats that you can see over behind me.
