WHITSUNDAY E-NEWS REAL ESTATE: 3rd week of April

Hi! Annette Harm from PRDWhitsunday bringing you this week's e-news from the Airlie beach lookout.

This lookout is at the end of Airlie Crescent, and this was put in a few years ago when the main street had its major upgrade.
You can come up here anytime. It's lit up beautifully at night also. We've got the starfish roundabout behind me, and you can see down the main street at how busy it is at the moment .

We're seeing a lot more people moving to our area as the traffic has increased a bit.

Some great news this week from the HIA.  They've come out and said that they saw land sales across the entire country increased by 42% in the December quarter last year.

Great news to go along with that, the government has announced that they're going to have the home builder grant starting time frame change from six months up to 18 months which is a huge relief for many buyers.

We see people a bit stressed because the builders have so many builds on the go trying to get them started.

One relief there for those building new homes.
