 I was interested yesterday to read and not surprised by an article on realestate.com.au about the number of people from the southern states interested in Airlie beach or the Whitsundays, including Bowen.

Bowen has seen some massive growth as well, not just Airlie beach but also all of the beachside seaside towns in Queensland hot property at the moment now.

No surprises to us because last Saturday we held our mega auction for three properties here in Airlie beach

 I'm standing in one of them now, 22 Waterson way; we had 17 Nara avenue and two Begley street all go to auction on site.

What a day it was! What an event
It was a lot of fun going from property to property, and I'm pleased to say we had three auctions, we had three sales.
It was a great effort from the team and good results for our sellers.
That didn't all happen on Saturday.
There's a long period before the event where our team is put in the hard yards. All of that to get to that success on auction day with 21 registered bidders across the three properties.
