WHITSUNDAY E-NEWS REAL ESTATE: 3rd week of September
Annette Neil from PRD Whitsunday with this week's update
I'm here today at the absolutely beautiful 2 Begley street in Airlie beach.
You can see the sparkling coral sea over my shoulder here.
This property is one of the four auction properties we have coming up on our mega auction weekend.
Three of those sea view houses in Airlie beach
So to Begley street, what can I tell you about it? I can tell you it brings back childhood holiday memories for me.
Walking in here it's just like a time warp, very, very retro, and it's amazing brings back absolute seaside holiday memories.
We have had a massive inquiry on this, and we're expecting it to be highly fought on auction day, so if you do have an interest, get in quick call sean dobbins, the listing agent, and he'll be able to help you out.
The other property is on the list for our mega auction weekend, 22 Watterson way in Airlie beach.
Nice flat walking distance to town, not quite as primary view as the one over my shoulder; however, getting you into the Airlie beach market would make an ideal holiday left, and it is fully renovated from the floorboards up.
It's in an amazing prime location 400 meters flat walk from the main street of Airlie beach.
The other sea view property we have is 17 Nara avenue. Now that one is a little further up the hill in Airlie beach and amazing jewel living.
There are so many options with that property; again nothing to do but move into that one now.
The fourth property is 1 Beames crescent Cannon valley. That is in the highly sought after Galbraith Park estate near the Whit Sunday plaza shopping centre, so a highly desirable location in that estate.
That one should also be highly fought after a lot of interest.
I believe something like a dozen groups through the first open home last weekend 2 000 square metres massive home plenty of room for a pool or a shed.
So if any of these properties interest you, get in contact with the listing agents quickly, and you never know you might be able to snap on up.
