I thought I'd talk about the volume of sales, going on the lack of rentals.

A lot of people are wondering is now the right time to sell?
Is now the time I'm going to get my top dollar?
Well, no one knows. That's a bit of a crystal ball thing.

However, you know these are the best times we have seen in a very long time, and we see a massive volume of sales and significant demand.

We know demand is one of the drivers of price. If you are thinking of selling, our team is desperate for more listings.

On the rental front, we're seeing many people buying rental properties and moving into them, so removing more properties from the rental market.
The demand has increased from tenants, but there are fewer rentals available overall. If you do have an investment property or you're wondering what your principal place of residence could rent out for, maybe you're leaving town, or perhaps you're upgrading.
